Just the other day you delivered the bedroom set my wife and I ordered for our two little girls. Upon arriving home from work I went up stairs to check it out. Wow!! The furniture looks incredible, the timely manner in which it was delivered, the reasonable price and your sales gal are all priceless. My wife was home to receive the delivery and was truly impressed with the delivery team, they were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. You and your staff should all be proud and made my wife and I realize the importance of shopping here in Stamford. Hi all,

I usually don't send these types of emails out, but I have to tell you that I just had the most amazing customer service experience with a baby furniture/ toy store located in Stamford, CT.

The name is Kids Home Furnishings and it used to be called Baby and Toy Superstore. its located on Forrest street in Stamford.

We purchased our Pali bedroom set from them back in September of '03 for Michael and I just noticed a tear on the baby mattress.

I e-mailed their management/owner and not only are they sending me a new replacement mattress immediately, but they also responded to my emails within hours of writing to them on a Saturday and a Sunday!!!

This is true customer service and it is such a rarity to find in todays world.

We have been very happy with all of the furniture we purchased through them and they have lots of great items, so if you need any baby or toddler stuff, please give them a try!
